Integral coloured nylon head fasteners for outer sheet and stitching applications, Bi-Hex integral nylon head fasteners are available from stock in more than 30 different colours and 3 washer types, 16mm, 19mm and 29mm and can be produced in either carbon steel or stainless steel. The unique head design ensures the washer is fully covered and as an additional feature, the fastener will hold itself in place while being driven.

Available for most types of cladding fixing in both 'Carbon' and '304 grade Stainless Steel'. The CFT 'Bi-Hex' range combines all the advantages and benefits of CFT's very comprehensive and competetive range of quality fixings. The corrosion free reinforced moulded nylon heads are available in all RAL colours to colour match the cladding sheets used today. These integral moulded heads can withstand the very high torque involved during drilling and tapping into cladding materials. Excellent socket grip characteristics provided by the unique style of profiled tough nylon head. Resists rounding and provides the user with a 'locked on' grip when used with the CFT range of sockets specially designed for this 'Bi-Hex' range.

For fixing profile metal. Cladding single skin or insulation to cold rolled, Rails and Purlins 1.2 - 5.3mm thick.
